Numan
Numan, is an LGBTQI+ activist from Malaysia. He is the founder and chairman of JEJAKA, an advocacy group for gay, bisexual, and queer men in Malaysia, providing a safe space for its community and assisting members in capacity building. Additionally, he is dedicated to HIV prevention. Numan is also the founder of the LGBTQI+ campaign PELANGI (Rainbow) and actively supports the pro-democracy movement in the country.
Numan has garnered national and regional acclaim for his leadership and activism. In 2020, the Asia Pacific Coalition on Male Sexual Health (APCOM) nominated him for the Social Justice HERO Award.
